Bandipora 14 May -2021: Bandipora police acting against violators of COVID-19 lockdown aimed surge in COVID-19 cases today challaned 26 persons, seized 06 vehicles & booked two persons.
To ensure strict implementation of Corona lockdown and adhering of guidelines issued by government Bandipora police under the supervision of SSP Bandipora Shri Mohammad Zahid-JKPS today challaned 26 persons for not following COVID-19 SOPs,seized 06 vehicles across the district and also booked two persons in Hajin for brazen violation of Covid lockdown.
The special drive against the violators of Covid-19 guidelines/rules will be continued throughout the district to ensure that people adhere to SOPs/ guidelines envisaged by government to curb COVID-19 pandemic.
Community members are once again requested to cooperate with the Police and district administration in containing the spread of Coronavirus by following the SOPs/guidelines/protocols for the safety of all.
