BOOKING DEADLINES:
Release order must accompany booking one week prior to the date of issue.
MATERIAL REQUIRED:
All materials to be in digital format i.e. in PDF and EPS format with CMYK high resolution images along colour proof to match and JPEG file for reference. 25% extra on specific positions. Other rates will be on request.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS • All advertisements must be in accordance with our code of standards, State laws, and the rules as stipulated in the code of the Indian Newspaper Society. • Kashmir Patriot English magazine will hit news stands in the first week of every month • Cancellation of any advertisement must be given in writing one week prior to issue date. • Cancellation of any advertising cannot be accepted after the issue is closed. • The Publisher reserves the right to reject any advertising found unacceptable. • Agency and Advertiser are both jointly and severally liable for payment of dues. • Credit terms are as per prevailing INS Rules.
Any claim/dispute or differences arising out of or in relation to the release of advertisements, terms of advertisement etc. or pertaining to the Rules and Regulations specified herein concerning Kashmir Patriot shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jammu & Kashmir and none other.
PAYMENT SHOULD BE MADE IN FAVOUR OF “KASHMIR PATRIOT”.
The same terms & conditions apply for cancellation, booking, claim, dispute and credit applies to the Web edition and Podcast edition of Kashmir Patriot.
