Poonch, Oct 3 : Indian Army apprehended a woman from Pakistan Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK) while she was crossing the Line of Control (LoC) in Nowshera area of Rajouri district.Officials told GNS that Army patrol spotted movement of a woman near the LoC in Lam sector of Nowshera and detained her.The woman has been identified as Samiya Azeem (17), daughter of Mohd Azeem, resident of Khuiretta in PoJK.They said troops after preliminary questioning handed over the woman to police authorities.The girl is being interrogated by Nowshera police and has claimed that she inadvertently crossed over to the Indian side of the LoC, they said.Further investigation is underway.(GNS)
