SRINAGAR: Peoples Democratic Party today alleged that horse trading is being encouraged in recently concluded District Development Council election and winning candidates are being forced to Join a particular political party.
In a tweet PDP Spokesperson Tahir Syeed said these machinations will not only mar the credibility of these elections but will also trample upon peoples faith in democracy.
