SOPORE — Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leader Altaf Malik today visited the residence of senior journalist Irfan Ahmad Quraishi at Alsafa Colony, Sopore, to offer his heartfelt condolences on the passing away of his father-in-law, Pir Saif-u-Din Sahib.
During his visit, the PDP leader met with Irfan Quraishi and other members of the bereaved family to express his deep sympathy and solidarity with them in this hour of immense grief and mourning.
Reflecting on the loss, Malik stated that the demise of such a noble and well-respected personality has left a deep void, and he extended his full support to the family during this incredibly difficult time.
He offered special prayers for the deceased, supplicating before Almighty Allah to forgive his shortcomings, grant the departed soul the highest place in Jannat-ul-Firdous, and bestow patience, strength, and Sabr upon the grieving family to bear this irreparable loss.
