Leopard caught in Ganderbal village

Ganderbal, Oct 4, KNT: Wild Life Department Tuesday captured a leopard in Kundbal village of Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.

The leopard was roaming in the peripheries of the village for quite some time and in order to trap the animal, the employees of the Wild Life Department had placed a number of cages at different places.

In charge of Wildlife Control Room Ganderbal, Shabir Ahmad told news agency Kashmir News Trust that the leopard will be released in the upper reaches of Ganderbal forest. (KNT)
