Bandipora 07 July-2022: Bandipora police continuing its drive against illegal cultivation of contraband drugs today carried out a Wild Bhung/Cannabis destruction drive in Hajin along with team of Excise department.
A police team of police station Hajin led by SHO P/S Hajin Insp. Qaiser Bashir accompanied by a team of Excise department destroyed Wild Bhung /Cannabis cultivation in 06 Kanals of land in Muqdamyari village of Hajin and continued in near by villages also.
Community members are requested to come forward with any information regarding cultivation of contrabands in their neighborhood. Persons found indulging in drug peddling & cultivation of contraband substances shall be dealt as per law.
