SRINAGAR, NOV 08: A 23 year old youth identified as Haroon Rashid Khan, son of late Abdul Rashid resident of Kulgam Handwara killed in a road accident at Handwara in north Kashmir’ on Wednesday when a speedy vehicle hit him near Degree college and injured him critically,
As per reports, in a critical condition he was rushed to Handwara hospital where doctors declared him dead.
