New Delhi, Nov 8 : In a startling turn to the Ryan International School boy murder case, the CBI on Wednesday said they have detained a 16-year-old student, who has confessed to killing the seven-year-old.
He assaulted Pradyuman to create a situation in the campus, which could lead to postponement of his upcoming examination and the impending Parent Teacher Meet, the national investigating agency said, adding that the student did not have a bright academic record.
The prime suspect will be produced before the Juvenile Justice Court in Gurugram on Wednesday, where, CBI said, it will file a plea for his custody.
