Biker hit police officer at check-point in Budgam, both shifted to hospital

Budgam, Mar 3, KNT: A traffic police officer and a biker were shifted to hospital after the biker hit the officer at a vehicle checking point in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district.

Police sources told news agency Kashmir News Trust that a motor-cycle (JK04G-4605) driven by one Ahsan Bashir of Galwanpora Budgam hit a traffic police Sub-Inspector Ghulam Muhammad Dar at a checkpoint in Budgam.

Both the rider and the police officer sustained injuries and were shifted to Srinagar hospital for treatment.

Police in this regard has registered a case. (KNT)
