Cordon and search ops launched in Sopore

Sopore, Feb 27, KDC: Security forces on Sunday launched a cordon and search operation in north Kashmir’s Sopore area.

Reports reaching Kashmir Dot Com said a joint team of Army’s 22 RR, Sopore police and CRPF sealed the Fruit Mandi side and conducted searches in the area.

The traffic movement also affected the fruit mandi side after all entry and exit points were sealed by forces.

A police officer said that searches are underway in the area following inputs about the suspicious movement in the area. (KDC)
