Vigilance produces charge sheets against forest employees for fraud

SRINAGAR: Vigilance Organization Kashmir produced a Charge Sheet (Challan) before the Anti-Corruption Court of Baramulla in Case FIR No. 17/2012 U/S 5(1) (d) r/w 5(2) J&K P. C. Act. Samvat 2006, Section 120-B RPC P/S VOK Srinagar.

The statement issued said that after obtaining proper sanction from the competent authority for launching prosecution against the following in-service/retired accused Government public servants of forest Department

The officials according to the vigilance are, Mohammad Shafi Dar, the then Range Officer Gurez (now retired), Ghulam Nabi Bhat, the then Block Forester Kawabal Gurez (now retired), Abdul Qayoom Shah the then Block Forester Churwan Gurez.
