Kawoosa locality in Budgam, submerged, locals appeal for help

Magam: The residents of Astanpora locality of Kawoosa Magam in central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Thursday appealed for help after the locality was submerged due to breaching of Nallah Sukhnag.

The residents said that the nallah breached at two places, following which the locality was inundated.

They said that water level in the nallah was increasing rapidly. “We appeal to the district administration to come to our rescue immediately,” they said.
