Fruit Growers Association Sopore Mourns Demise of Pir Saif-u-Din; Expresses Condolences

SOPORE — The Kashmir Fruit Growers & Dealers Association, Fruit Mandi Sopore, has expressed deep sorrow and profound grief over the sad demise of Pir Saif-u-Din Sahib, who passed away at his residence in Alsafa Colony, Sopore.

The deceased—who also notably served as the former General Secretary of the Auqaf Committee Neharpora, Sopore—was a veteran, hardworking pillar of the Fruit Mandi Sopore community and the father-in-law of senior journalist Irfan Ahmad Qureshi.
In a statement issued today, the Association President paid rich tributes to the deceased, noting that his loss has cast a pall of gloom over the entire trading hub.

“Pir Saif-u-Din Sahib was known for his unmatched dedication, honesty, and sincere service within the Fruit Mandi. He was a man of absolute integrity whose contributions and presence will be deeply missed by the entire Mandi fraternity,” the President said.

The Association expressed its heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathies to Irfan Ahmad Qureshi and the entire bereaved family during this incredibly difficult time.

The members prayed to Almighty Allah to forgive his shortcomings, grant the departed soul the highest place in Jannah, and bestow patience and strength upon the grieving family to bear this irreparable loss.
