New Delhi, Oct 18 : Aimed at improving the tax payer services in the country, the Income Tax Department has launched an online chat service for taxpayers to enable them get their queries regarding direct tax issues resolved.
“A team of experts from the department and independent tax practitioners will answer the general queries of a taxpayer,” a senior Income Tax Department official said here on Wednesday.
