Kashmir University introduces 5-day week functioning from 11 May

Srinagar, May 6, : Vice Chancellor Kashmir University Talat Ahmed has authorized introduction of 5-day week (Monday to Friday) in the Varsity with effect from 11 May this month.

Registrar Kashmir University Dr Nisar Ahmed Mir has issued a notification in this regard.

“The working hours of the University for teaching and administrative functioning in the Main Campus and all the Satellite Campuses including sub-offices Jammu shall be from 9.00 am to 5:00 pm,” the notification reads.

The notification informs that other modalities in this regard shall be notified separately. (KNT)
