Leh, April 02: Divisional Commissioner, Ladakh, Saugat Biswas, who is the Chairman of Divisional Valuation Board, Ladakh, chaired a meeting of the Divisional Level Valuation Board (DLVB) to finalise the market value of the immovable property of Ladakh Division.

Divisional Commissioner and the members of the board deliberated on the proposed new rates as per the principles of valuation of various categories of land.

The Deputy Commissioners shared that the land rates have been increased to rationalise the market rates and reduce the variation in the rates amongst villages having the same topographical conditions.
