Forest Guard Drowns In Nallah Sindh In Ganderbal, Rescue Operation Started

Srinagar: A 45-year-old forest employee was drowned into Nallah Sindh in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Friday.

Officials said that a forest guard accidentally slipped into Nallah Sindh near compartment no.1 Paribal.

He has been identified Shameem Ahmad Mir(45) son of Ghulam Mohammad Mir resident of Batwaina Ganderbal.

Soon a team of police, SDRF and locals rushed to the spot and started rescue operation.

Till this report was filed, rescue operation was underway to trace the forest guard.(GNS)
