SHOPIAN: A youth identified as Zubair Ahmad Turrey escaped from police custody in Keegam area of south Kashmir’s Shopian district, on Monday.
Reports said that Turrey was detained under Public Safety Act in 2015 for his alleged involvement in stone pelting cases.
