Kupwara, May 3: A tractor driver has died after the four-wheeler he was on skidded of the road here in Hayan area of the district.
Reports reaching Srinagar-based news agency Global News Service (GNS) said that a tractor bearing registration number JK-09A 3302 skidded of the road in Hayan (B) locality. In the incident one Jahangir Ahmad Malik (32) son of Ghulam Nabi Malik, resident of Hayen Trehgam received critical injuries. The injured was immediately evacuated to sub-district hospital Kupwara, however the young person succumbed to his injuries barely few hours into his admission.
Confirming the incident, a police official concerned told GNS that a case has been registered in this regard for due investigations. (GNS)
