Talking to reporters in north Kashmir’s Kupwara, Azad, as per the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), said that the killing of locals, non-locals and Kashmiri Pandits is painfully and unfortunate. “The killing of non-local is creating hatred for Kashmiris. The militants are deliberately killing the non-locals and Kashmir Pandits to create communal tension,” he said and condemned their targeted killing.
