REASI POLICE SOLVED BLIND HIT & RUN CASE AND CHARGESHEETED ACCUSED.

Reasi Police charge sheeted accused Avinash Kumar S/O Kuldeep Kumar R/O Tehsil & District Udhampur in a case FIR No. 31/20 P/S Katra in a blind case of hit and run. The accused while rashly & negligently driving his Maruti Van bearing Registration No. 4844/JK-14-R hit a pedestrian on wrong side of the road at Katra-Panthal road. The accused ran away leaving behind seriously injured complainant in the case. After getting information, Police immediately took the injured complainant to Hospital for necessary treatment and also lodged the case in P/S Katra. Within 01 Year, the accused has been traced, case investigated and all possible evidences collected and produced in the Hon’ble Court of Sub-Judge Katra.
