SRINAGAR : The poor cellular and internet network of the Jio mobile company irks residents of the watapora Qazipora and adjoining areas of Bandipora district.
The cellular company has come under severe criticism with the subscribers alleging it to be a reason of tremendous hardships.
Inhabitants of watapora Qazipora, Putushay are up in arms against the Jio authorities for rendering them to face immense hardships due to weak signal in the area.
Subscribes of Watapora village said, “We are unable to connect the Internet connection as it has very weak signal. We are also unable to make calls”.
They said that said that during the first month when Jio was launched the signal was better but soon after it has turn to be weak.
They said that despite several complaints to the jio officials, nothing has been done. They said that Jio service is of no use for them.
Subscribers have appealed cellular company to fix the technical sang if any in the network. When contacted TSM Bandipora, he said, “I will look into the matter and will resolve the network problem faced by the people”.
