Students aghast, cannot understand in combined classes

Pattan : Showing the state of affairs in the education department, this middle school in Pattan area of Baramulla district has only three rooms for nine classes of the institution.
The school is located in a far flung village of Nihalpora Pattan education zone.
“We are knocking the doors of education department for past many years with a plea to sanction a new building for the school but nothing has been done so far,” said a local.
This school was set up as primary school before 1996 and later upgraded as middle school in 1996.
At present the teachers accommodate students of three classes in per room. This is the only available accommodation in the school.
Given the accommodation crunch from past many years.
The student while talking to media said, although the teachers leave no stone unturned to teach the students but it is very difficult for students to understand in such a crowded room. The students request Director Education Kashmir and CEO Baramulla to visit the school and see the problems faced by the students
