Bandipora: A full dress Rehearsal of the Independence day parade 2021 was today held at SK Stadium Bandipora.
On the occasion Deputy Commissioner Bandipora Shri Owais Ahmad -IAS hoisted the national Flag accompanied by SSP Bandipora Shri Mohmad Zahid-JKPS and took Salute to the participating contingents of March past comprising of JKP, CRPF, IRP ,JK Home Guard ,SPO’s and NCC Cadets.The parade was commanded by parade commander DYSP DAR DPL Bandipora Shri.Ashfaq Alam.
DC Bandipora in his address congratulated the people on the eve of Independence Day and said that district administration Bandipora is working on a multi dimensional strategy for over all development of the district with active support of government and various works have been completed.
The march past was followed by colourful cultural programme presented by students of different institutions..
Senior officers of police , Army , CRPF and civil administration were present during the full dress rehearsal.
