Dr Muzaffar Zargar to look after charge of MS SMHS

Srinagar : The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Monday assigned the charge of medical superintendent of SMHS Srinagar to Dr Muzaffar Zargar, medical officer and deputy MS at JLNM hospital, under a temporary arrangement.

According to an order in the interest of administration and patient care, temporary arrangements are hereby ordered with immediate effect in view of administrative exigencies due to retirement on superannuation of various posts.

The order states that Dr. Muzaffar Zargar, Medical Officer in charge Dy Medical Superintendent JLNM hospital Srinagar shall look after the charge of Medical Superintendent SMHS Hospital.

“Dr. Praveen Yograj Medical Officer posted in National Health Mission, J&K shall look after charge the of Medical Superintendent, Government Hospital, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu and Dr. Narinder Singh Bhutyal Medical Officer incharge Deputy Medical Superintendent Government Hospital Gandhi Nagar Jammu shall also look after the charge of Medical Superintendent Government Medical College, Jammu,” it reads.

It added that the assignments in respect of the doctors is made purely on temporary basis till regular arrangement is made and subject to the outcome of writ petition(s), if any, pending before the Court(s) of law.

It reads that it shall not confer any right upon the officers to claim preferential treatment at the time of regularization and promotions which shall be made strictly in accordance with the rules.

“In case any adverse report about their vigilance clearance is received at any stage of time subsequently from the concerned quarters, the arrangement so made shall be cancelled ab-initio without any notice,” it added—(KNO)
