Srinagar, May 5: District Development Commissioner, Srinagar Mohammad Aijaz Asad Wednesday released ex-gratia relief among the families, whose houses and properties were gutted in recent fire incidents across the district.
An amount of Rs.14, 20,900 was disbursed among fire victims in Batamaloo, Basant Bagh, Namchibal Fatah Kadal, Aramwari, Haft Chinar, Nawabazar and Bhagwanpora Eidgah localities, an official in the knowhow of the things told news agency Global News Service (GNS).
The ex-gratia relief was released under SDRF norms, the official informed. (GNS)
