Srinagar, May 12 : Hours after the video of ADC Baramulla went viral , the divisional administration Kashmir has sought a factual report from Deputy Commissioner as soon as possible.
In an order, by Additional Commissioner Kashmir Qazi Sarwar a copy of which lies with news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), reads that submission of the factual report in the context of the viral video of Additional Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla.
It reads that “Apropos to the subject cited above, I am directed to request you to kindly send the factual report viz a viz the context of the situation and the content of the video to this office as soon as possible.”
Notably, a video of ADC Baramulla went viral earlier today in which he was seen beating men and women with a stick, and due to the beating of the woman the officer has come under severe criticism with people demanding action against him.
Pertinently the Union Territory administration has announced the COVID-19 curfew as a preventive measure to contain the spread of the virus given the spike in cases—(KNO)
