Srinagar, May 07 : CPI (M) on Friday paid tributes to dedicated trade union leader late T.K. Nagri who breathed his last on Wednesday at Faridabad.
“Late Nagri remained dedicated lifelong to the cause he cherished the most. He was the voice of the voiceless, champion of people’s unity and a consistent warrior for brotherhood and human values. He refused to succumb to the pressure of the environment of hate, looking to the bright future for human dignity,” Tarigami said in a statement issued to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO).
Tarigami said he possessed an un-matching quality of head and heart, always willing to be at the disposal of all who needed his guidance and support. “His abrupt demise on 5th May 2021 at Faridabad has shocked all his comrades. Born in Jawaharnagar, Srinagar, he participated in trade union activities for years while serving in State Bank of India,” he said.
CPI (M) paid its red salute to this departed valiant comrade and deepest condolences to the bereaved family—(KNO)
