BJP unlikely to align with People’s conference

SRINAGAR: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) unlikely to align With People’s conference President Sajjad Gani Lone in coming Assembly elections in the State of Jammu and Kashmir.

According to the report 0f New Indian Express Senior BJP leader said that “Our party leaders raised objection that how can we give ministry to Sajjad from our quota as his brother is a senior separatist leader.

“We won’t join hands with anybody, who in past or present has any truck with separatist elements,” he added. “What has happened in 2014 cannot be repeated in 2019.

Jammu and Kashmir state is currently under President’s rule is likely to have its Assembly polls sometime around November-December this year. (PTK)
