Akhnoor Gunfight: One Militant Killed, Operation On: Army

Jammu: One unidentified Militant has been killed in an ongoing operation in Akhnoor area of Jammu district on Monday.Taking on micro-blogging platform X, the Army’s White Knight Handle wrote, “Body of one terrorist along with weapon has been recovered.Operations are under progress”.Early morning, militants attacked a army vehicle with few rounds of bullets, however there was no injury or casualties.Soon after the attack, and joint team of Police and army launched cordon and search operation, during searches contact was established with the fleeing militants.(GNS)
