An alarming rate in the spread and use of drugs, many religious and social organisations are taking out rallies against the menace. Today in Moshwara Keller Shopian, an anti drug rally was taken out by the Karwan e islam Jammu and Kashmir organised by Jamia Minar ul huda in which hundreds of Darshah going students and locals participated in the rally. The rally was against the excess and selling use of drugs in the different areas of District Shopian. The organiser, Maulana Shakeel ul Rehman, on the occasion, he said that in taking roots among the young generation. The sellers must be booked and identified and have to teach the lesson of law. He further said that with modern education, there must be religious teachings also to be given to young ones. However, others too requested police and enforcing agencies to gear up to stop this menace.
