VDC member fires in air after noticing suspicious movement in Rajouri village

Rajouri, Aug 03 (KNO): A Village Defence Committee (VDC) member fired in air after he noticed some suspicious movement near his house on the intervening night of Tuesday and Wednesday.

Official sources told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) the incident happened in Shahpur village of Budhal in Rajouri district.

They said that the VDC member fired after observing some suspicious movement near his house and some stones were also pelted toward the house.

They added that after the incident army and police reached to the spot and cordoned off the area—(KNO)
