Leh: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh last night, a total of five persons tested positive for COVID-19. Out of which four positive sample reports were received by CMO Leh and one positive sample report was received by CMO Kargil. The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged 46 patients yesterday and all were discharged by CMO Leh. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has come down to 498; 396 in Leh district and 102 in Kargil district.
The bulletin further informed that 175 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 46 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, tankers and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltsi check post on Wednesday.
