Technology-driven solutions such as MuleHunter.ai for strengthening fraud detection, card tokenisation, introduction of the ‘.bank.in’ domain, unified calling numbers and the compensation framework for unauthorised electronic banking transactions would help create a financial ecosystem that protects customers and retains their trust in the banking sector, he said. The spokesperson said Jain also stressed the need to scale up efforts to increase public awareness about these initiatives.
