1 Critical, 6 Injured in Khonmoh Cement Factory Incident

Srinagar: At least seven labourers sustained burn injuries in an incident at a cement factory in the Khonmoh area on the outskirts of Srinagar on Thursday evening, officials said.

An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the workers suffered burn injuries while on duty inside the factory and were immediately shifted to SMHS Hospital for treatment.

He said that one of the injured workers is in critical condition, while the others are being treated in hospital.

Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident and initiated further investigation—(KNO)
