Truck Driver Found Dead in Suspicious Circumstances at Samba Hospital

Samba: A truck driver died under suspicious circumstances at District Hospital Samba on Wednesday, with authorities yet to ascertain the cause of death.

The deceased has been identified as 29 years old Amarjeet Singh, son of Darshan Singh, a resident of Thathri in Kishtwar district.

According to available information, he was brought to District Hospital Samba, where he was declared dead. The circumstances leading to his death remain unclear.

Police have registered a case in this regard and started investigation.

The body has been shifted to the mortuary room of the hospital for further medico-legal procedures. [KNT]
