Leh: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh last night, a total of 26 persons tested positive for COVID-19. All the positive reports were received from CMO Leh.
The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged 70 patients yesterday. Out of which 59 were discharged by CMO Leh and 11 by CMO Kargil. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has come down to 777; 666 in Leh district and 111 in Kargil district.
The bulletin further informed that 216 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 73 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, tankers, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltsi check post on Wednesday.
