Srinagar, July 03, KDC: A five-year-old girl was killed after being hit by a car in central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Sunday.
An official told news agency Kashmir Dot Com (KDC) that a car hit the pedestrian girl, Arazo Jan daughter of Khazir Mohammad Mir in the Pakherpora area of the district, resulting in critical injuries to her.
Jan was immediately evacuated to CHC Pakherpora where doctors declared her brought dead on arrival.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident and have set the investigation into motion. (KDC)
