Security Forces Recover 6 Grenades in Kupwara’s Jabri Forest; Destroyed on Spot

Srinagar: On November 12, 2025, acting on specific intelligence, a joint operation was launched by the Indian Army, Jammu & Kashmir Police, and BSF in Jabri Forest, Tangdhar, Kupwara.

During the search, six hand grenades were recovered from a militant hideout and safely destroyed in situ.

The recent successive recoveries of war-like stores and narcotics by security forces underscore their heightened alertness, vigilance, and seamless synergy—key factors behind these successful counter-insurgency operations.
