Leh, May 02: Sub-divisional Magistrate, Khaltsi, Tanveer Ahmed, today distributed essentials, including ration, kerosene oil, blankets and shawls, to 144 stranded labourers.
These labourers had arrived at the Khaltsi checkpoint without the mandatory negative RT PCR reports.
Adhering to strict guidelines regarding labourers coming without test reports of UT/District Administration, the labourers were sent back to their native places.
