PDD Employee Who Was Electrocuted Two Days Back Succumbs In Anantnag

Srinagar: An employee of the PDD who was critically injured two days ago after an electrocution in the Monghall area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district succumbed to his injuries on Wednesday in a hospital.

Officials told GNS that a PDD employee, while repairing a transformer two days ago at Monghall, succumbed after receiving an electric shock.

The deceased has been identified as Abdul Hameed Son of Bashir Ahmad resident of Monghal.

Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident.(GNS)
