Man mistook as braid chopper, killed by mob in Anantnag

ANANTNAG:A 70-year-old man was allegedly killed after being hit by a brick in Danter area of Anantnag early morning today .

Alleged to be braid chopper, Abdul Salam Wani, succumbed to injuries after he was hit by a brick by a person in the mob after the mob mistook him as a braid chopper . The deceased was laid to rest in Danter Graveyard silently, reports said.

However, sources reveal that nobody came for registering an FIR in this regard. At least his close relatives must report the incident.
