Srinagar: The International Human Rights Organization (IHRO), Headquarters New Delhi, has officially appointed Mr. Altaf Bhat as the President of its Jammu & Kashmir Chapter (Ref. No. IHRO/ND/APPT/2026/1241), marking a significant moment for the organization in jammu and kashmir.
