New Delhi, Oct 31 : Delhi Police has arrested an Afghan national from Mehrauli area of Delhi and recovered around 1.1kg of heroine from him worth Rs 2 crores, a senior police official said on Tuesday.
40 year old Qari Mohd Hanif, followed a very unusual modus operandi as he used to swallow approx 50 pellets, each pellet having 10 gm of Heroine and used to excreate them retrieving it while daily chores.
The accused who holds two Afghan passports, has till now smuggled 3 kgs of heroine from Afghanistan following the same method as it becomes untraceable since the month of May, police said.
