His legal team has been pushing for an extension, citing various reasons including the complexity of the case and procedural delays.Er Rashid, a prominent political figure in Kashmir, was arrested in connection with a case involvingallegations of terror funding. His supporters have continuously advocated for his release, claiming the charges are politically motivated.The next hearing is scheduled for mid-October, where the court will further review his bail status and assess the ongoing investigation.
