TSRTC bus rams auto-rickshaw; 5 killed, 4 injured

Yadari-Bhongir, Oct 31: Five people were killed and four others seriously injured when the auto-rickshaw in which they were travelling was rammed by Telangana State Road Transport Corporation bus at Bahupet, Yadagirigutta Mandal in this district on Monday night.
Police said the Hanmakonda-bound bus proceeding from Hyderabad rammed the seven-seated auto-rickshaw at a high-speed on the busy Hyderabad-Warangal Highway at 2100 hrs.
Four of them were killed on the spot, while another succumbed to injuries on the way to hospital.
The injured were admitted to Aler Government Hospital for treatment.
The deceased hailed from Medchal district were identified as Ramesh (auto driver), M Srinicas, Poolamma, Krishna, Yadamma.
