One-way traffic continued to ply on Srinagar-Jammu highway with hundreds of vehicles, including those carrying essentials and passengers, leaving Jammu for Kashmir on Thursday morning.
The historic Mughal road and Leh-Srinagar highway, connecting Ladakh with Kashmir, continue to remained closed.
An official said that traffic was allowed to move from Jammu towards Kashmir today.
“Both Light Motor Vehicles (LMVs) and Heavy Motor Vehicles (HMVs) will ply from Jammu to Srinagar on the highway on Thursday,” he said
