Srinagar, Sep 08 : Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly Secretariat on Tuesday issued the provisional calendar for the 6th session of the Assembly starting from September 21.As per the calendar, a copy of which lies with GNS, the session will commence on Monday, September 21 with Obituary References/Government Business.Government Business will be taken up on Tuesday, September 22.Wednesday, September 23 will be observed as holiday on account of Birthday of Maharaja Hari Singh Ji.Private Members’ Bills are scheduled for Thursday, September 24 and Monday, September 28, while Private Members’ Resolutions will be taken up on Friday, September 25.Saturday, September 26 will be off day and Sunday, September 27 will be holiday.Government Business is scheduled for Tuesday, September 29 and Wednesday, September 30, if any, the calendar reads.The calendar has been issued by Speaker Advocate Abdul Rahim Rather.(GNS)
