Poonch, Sep 06 : At least eight persons were injured after a Tata Sumo vehicle rolled down on Bedar-Dunogam link road in Mandi area of Poonch district on Sunday.Officials told GNS that a Tata Sumo bearing registration number JK12-6675 driven by an unknown person met with an accident at Bedar on Bedar to Dunogam link road and rolled down, resulting in injuries to eight persons.The injured have been identified as Md Arif, son of Ab Majeed, age 17, resident of Dunogam, Sharaz Ahmed, son of Musthaq Ahmed, age 15, resident of Dunogam, Naseer Ahmed, son of Musthaq Ahmed, age 16, resident of Dunogam, Mumtaz Ahmed, son of Ab Gani, age 20, resident of Dunogam, Habib Dar, son of Aziz Dar, age 70, resident of Dunogam, Zahid Ahmed, son of Ab Rasheed, age 18, resident of Rajouri, Mohd Shafi, son of Fata Mohd, age 22, resident of Dunogam and Iqlak Ahmed, son of Mohd Bashir, age 18, resident of Dunogam.All the injured were brought to SDH Mandi for treatment.Police have taken cognizance of the incident.(GNS)
